I worked on integrating U-Render into Maya together with Vanessa Schüller. Some highlights from that include:
- Tracking and parsing scene data (meshes, lights, materials)
- Full viewport integration supporting multiple synchronous viewports using Viewport 2.0 API
- Custom material node that integrates into existing hypershade networks
- Interactive material preview and matherial thumbnail rendering
- Renderview and IPR support
- Custom Rendersettings that update in real time
- Colorspace handling using OpenColorIO
